- Is the wall decal reusable?
No, it is not. Once removed it is likely that the vinyl is damaged(by the removal process) and its adhesive is weakened. Thus, careful planning and arrangement is key when applying your decal the first time round.
- Can I get a particular design to be larger/smaller/flipped horizontally/flipped vertically instead?
Yes. We accept all special requests. E-mail us at blankcanvasdesigns@gmail.com and tell us what you want.
- How do I buy a gift voucher?
Blank Canvas Gift Voucher's come in a minimum of RM100.00 and up to any amount you request.
To buy a gift voucher, e-mail us at blankcanvasdesigns@gmail.com stating the amount you require. After an online payment, you will receive an email containing a Voucher Code that can be used at our web store. It is a great gift for anyone!
Please be aware that Blank Canvas will not reimburse the difference if your voucher is worth more than the product price. Vouchers purchased not exchangeable for cash.
- What happen if I
selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a
period of time?
Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a
period of 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the
merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon
checkout) and be available for other customers.
- When will I be
billed?
Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to be shipped
out. Please note that all products are subject to availability.
- Do I have a choice
in currency payment?

- When do I expect to
receive the merchandise?
Orders received will be processed immediately. Estimated delivery time
depends on the destination address.

do you deliver?
We deliver to most countries serviced by courier companies.

you accept cheque payment ?
Basically, the products on the site can only be purchased and paid online
using VISA Card, MasterCard, Maybank2U, RHB Online, PosPay, Hong Leong
Online, Alliance Online and Mobile Money. You will not be able to complete
the transaction without choosing a payment gateway.
If
you wish to payment via cheque, you will have to follow the procedure
below:-
Email us the list of products that you wish to purchase.
We
will reply you with the total amount payable and the details of our bank
account. You will need to pay us via cheque by either sending us the cheque
or deposit it into our account and then fax the deposit slip to us .
Once payment is cleared, we will deliver the products.
